What is Aishah Organics LLC., returns and exchanges policy?

10 Day Exchanges-

You can exchange any product in your order up to 10 days after delivery. Shipping on your refund or exchange. If you decide to exchange that item you will be

responsible for any forward and return shipping fees.

Please note: All exchanges must be made with the original Article packaging. If you don't have the original

packaging on hand, there is an additional $50 repackaging and or restocking fee per item.

Our team will work with you to coordinate a day and time to simultaneously re-ship your new item and

to return your exchange. If the new item costs less than the one you're exchanging, we'll refund the

difference to your original method of payment. If it costs more, we will charge the difference while setting

up the exchange.

We're unable to offer free exchanges outside our standard service area, but please get in touch with us
